Dear Customers, we will be on vacation from 03.06 - 16.06. Therefore any order placed during this time period will be processed upon our return. We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience.

Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you've received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  

Please note, due to the nature of our operations (custom notes, gift packaging) we will deduct the return by the amount of processing/material fees. Every charge will be applied individually, depending on the order.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@alpineclover.ch. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for return postage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift sets containing personal beauty skin products like soaps, balms, salves, butters, oils or lotions. We can't take any responsibility for the delays caused by the Swiss Post therefore we can't accept the return of the package if the reason is a delay caused by Post.
In case you gave us the wrong address / name, all the packages are returned back to us. In this case we will work with you to have the package delivered after corrections.

In case you don’t want to proceed, we will make a partial refund. Processing/material and shipping fees will apply. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
