The precious variety „Tonda Gentile“, straight from Piedmont. The Noé family from Lequio Berria in Piedmont are hazelnut growers by passion. They attach great importance to organic farming – their hazelnuts are cultivated with organic fertilizer and completely without pesticides.
On order, the hazelnuts are freshly prepared and shipped to Zurich. Here they are caramelized in a nostalgic copper kettle and finally coated with fine Hacienda Limon 74% chocolate. Made with passion in Switzerland
