- First, you'll find an introduction and lots of useful "to-do" lists - Each week has its own schedule. In addition you will find trackers for cravings, waist circumference, and symptoms that may accompany you. Also each week you will find information on how your baby is developing and changing and what to expect this week of pregnancy (in the lower right corner).
-At the end of each trimester, there is a summary page with space for your photo. You will find many additional pages in the diary, for example: a letter to your baby, space for ultrasound pictures, information about birthing schools, etc.
- At the end you will find the birth plan pages, a full list of things you should take with you to the hospital, and a list of layettes.
- A space for notes (during doctor visits, birthing classes, and any other notes you wish to make. These pages can also be used as a postpartum record
